How long do I get a warranty on my product?

As standard, Van den Hoven products come with a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months on mechanical components and 12 months on electronic components. If the warranty period deviates from this, this is specifically stated with the product in question. This applies to new and used products.

The costs of parts and work covered by the manufacturer's warranty, performed within the warranty period, are for the account of Brandkastenfabriek Van den Hoven.

Damage due to improper use (eg forgotten code, key damaged), normal wear and tear and defects that do not significantly affect the function or value of the product are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty expires in the event of repair by service departments not authorized by us or if non-original parts are used.
