You can order a safe via the online shop. Of course, you can also contact our sales department (sales@vdhsafes.nl or 0180-612 988).

Van den Hoven offers you the possibility to pay via: iDEAL, by bank transfer, PIN or cash.

All prices listed include VAT.

It is not possible to reserve products via the website, please contact our sales department.

Deliveries

When placing your order in the webshop, you can indicate whether you want the safe to be delivered by Van den Hoven's fitters, whether you want a transporter to deliver the safe on a pallet or whether you want to collect the safe from our warehouse in Barendrecht.

Yes, that is possible. Please contact the sales department for the possibilities.

Yes, all our products are packaged neutrally. Your order is delivered by neutral truck and (if possible) handed over to you personally. However, our name N.A. van den Hoven & Zonen B.V. may appear on service vehicles, company clothing or products.

Almost any safe can be anchored, provided there are anchor holes in the bottom and/or back of the safe. For more information, please refer to our page on the anchoring of safes.

Segment anchors are supplied as standard; at extra cost, you can purchase heavy-duty anchors or chemical anchors.
Upon delivery by Van den Hoven (except delivery on pallet by carrier), it is possible to have the safe anchored by our fitters at an additional charge.

You will receive a 2-year warranty on all purchases, both new and used. (Read more about our guarantee).

Two keys are supplied as standard with the purchase of a safe.

Yes, you can. However, this requires an original key. Van den Hoven Fire safes has a in-house key-making; with this you can make an appointment for key refitting.

Yes. On delivery, the electronic combination lock comes with a standard factory code. With the help of an enclosed manual, you can easily change the code yourself.

We have a technical service that can be reached from 8.30am to 4.30pm on phone no. 0180-612988, or by e-mail service@vdhsafes.nl. From Monday to Friday from 4.30 pm to 9 pm and on Saturday from 7 am to 8 pm, you can reach the service department on 06-30 442 002.

Insurers link an amount of cash value to the various resistance classes as an indication of the cover. This assumes cash is stored in a burglary-resistant safe located in uninhabited, unguarded and unsecured premises in built-up areas. Depending on the security measures taken, insurers may deviate from the cover indication. Many insurers only provide a cover indication or an indication of the valuation.
