How long will my product be guaranteed for?

As standard, Van den Hoven products are supplied with a 24-month factory warranty on mechanical and electronic components. If the guarantee period differs from this, it is specifically stated with the product in question. This applies to new and used products.

The costs of parts and work falling under the manufacturer's warranty, carried out within the warranty period, shall be borne by Brandkastenfabriek Van den Hoven.

Damage due to improper use (e.g. code forgotten, key damaged), normal wear and tear and defects that do not significantly affect the function or value of the product are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty is void if repairs are carried out by service departments not approved by us or if non-original parts are used.
