  • money transport hatch

    Your pick-up price:
The weakest link determines the length of the chain. "Weak" links in the transport of valuables or money are the moments when valuable consignments are brought in and out of the valuable transport vehicle. At those moments, the VDH money transport hatch guarantees optimum safety. The valuables transport hatch is installed in the facade of a building, where valuable consignments regularly enter and exit. The valuables transporter drives right up to the hatch. The driver can report his arrival without leaving the car via a hidden system. The armored outer hatch is opened from the building. A transparent bulletproof inner door remains closed, so that the driver or co-driver can identify himself according to the agreed procedure. Only then will the second door open and the shipment can be passed on directly from the car. Valuable shipments can also be safely transferred in the reverse direction via the VDH valuable transport hatch. The VDH valuable transport hatches are constructed in such a way that the valuable transport consignments can easily be pushed through. All obstacles, thresholds and lock parts are neatly concealed in the bottom, door and side walls.

  • Passport box

    Your pick-up price:
Day storage of passports and driving licenses, safe and organized! If you as a municipality are looking for an affordable solution to store and issue passports and driving licenses to clients during the day, but you also want to do this in a safe way: consider the Passport Box. The Passport Box is located at the service desk, close to the employees. Thanks to the handy removable trays, the passports/driving licenses are efficiently placed in and out of the Passport Box at the start and end of the working day. The Passport Box is equipped with 3 drawers as standard. The drawers can be operated via a user-friendly 5,5" touchscreen. By entering a personalized code, the user opens a drawer. If 1 drawer is open, another drawer cannot be opened. If the drawer is left open for too long ( after 30 seconds) an acoustic signal will sound so that the user is urged to close the drawer for safety reasons. The stand-alone software can record 50 users and every action is logged (which user opens and closes the drawer on which date and time). This logging allows internal manipulation of the passport box to be investigated in a more targeted manner. By using an optional pedestal, the Passport Box can be placed at a desired workable height. Do you want other dimensions? That is also possible, please contact the sales department.

Internal fraud in the storage and transfer of value is a major problem. Due to longer opening hours of shops, several staff members have to use the safe. Internal theft from a safe is a regular occurrence. In many cases, the perpetrator is authorized to use the safe, possesses the keys and/or codes to the rooms and comes into contact with money or goods on a daily basis. In addition to direct financial damage, internal fraud also causes a lot of indirect damage, such as unrest in the workplace when the perpetrator cannot be identified. Many companies simply do not file a report to prevent damage to their reputation.
